Dr. Abdulhakim Mohamed
Chief Executive Officer, North American Imams Fellow
Dr. Abdulhakim Mohamed has dedicated his professional life to the service, development, and advancement of Muslim religious leaders in North America. As Chief Executive Officer of the North American Imams Fellow, he leads the organisation’s strategic direction, program development, advocacy efforts, and national partnerships.
A scholar and community leader with deep roots in the North American Muslim community, Dr. Mohamed is one of the founders of NAIF — an organisation built on the conviction that imams deserve the same professional infrastructure as any other learned profession, and that the communities imams serve are stronger when their religious leaders are professionally supported and recognised.
Under his leadership, NAIF has grown from a pioneering vision into a national community of 900+ imams, with regional chapters, an annual convention, and professional development programs that have reached religious leaders across the United States and Canada.
